Increasing the Number of Male Educators of Color in Education

EduPathWorks is a powerful, integrated solution designed to create a clear and seamless pathway for male educators of color—empowering students to transition from high school to college and ultimately into successful careers in education. As an education-to-work intermediary, EduPathWorks emphasizes the “Learn and Earn” model, combining Dual Enrollment, Mentorship, College & Career Coaching, and Apprenticeships to provide students with both academic learning and hands-on experience. By collaborating with schools, universities, and employers, we coordinate academic and work-based learning to ensure students earn college credits, gain paid teaching experience, and receive personalized guidance every step of the way. Our goal is to seamlessly link education and employment, equipping students with the skills, experience, and confidence to thrive as future educators.
