Apprenticeships

Earn While You Learn

Our paid apprenticeships connect learning to real-world experience. Students work alongside educators, mentors, and local professionals, gaining both technical skills and leadership insight. By graduation, they’ve already built a résumé, a network, and a sense of purpose—proving that the path from education to work is both possible and powerful.

We’re not asking for a seat at someone else’s table, we’re building our own, and preparing the next generation to lead it. As Superintendent Jhone Ebert works to make Las Vegas a destination school district, our goal is to make education a destination profession for male educators of color.
